Cash Special Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs:

24 Hour Automated Bill Pay Service Using Your Visa/Mastercard Debit or Credit, Discover.  (A convenience fee will be applied by the credit card company for this payment option.)

• Pay My Bill Online - 
  

1. Go to the District’s website and click on the “BILL PAYMENT” box.
2. Our new payment system will ask for your UTILITY ACCOUNT ID; in that box, enter your Cash SUD Account number (without any leading zeros), and enter a zero in the next box. 
3. You will also need you new UTILITY ACCOUNT PIN. You can call us for that info, or it will be present on your next bill. 
4. Follow the easy steps to make your payment. It will assess the final charges for you. You will receive a confirmation for the transaction. Payments will be assessed a convenience fee by the credit card system. Paying online is fast and easy.  If you have any questions about this service, please call our office.

• Pay By Phone - 

You may also pay your bill by phone by dialing 1-833-998-4763. The phone number will ask for the acct number before the dash and confirm that number is correct; it will, then, ask for the acct number after the dash, which is zero.

Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off, mail it to our office, or email to: billing@cashwater.org, along with a voided check.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. Our 24 hour drop box is available in our drive-thru. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service.

PLEASE NOTE: These financial institutions MAIL us a PHYSICAL CHECK, so please allow time for processing and mail delivery in planning your payment through your bank website so that it will be received by the due date. Please consult with your bank for more information.
