CREW MEMBER

Full Time Position with a benefit package including paid health, vision, dental and life insurance. Uniforms and continuing education. Crew Member will answer to the respected Crew Leader, and Distribution Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all maintenance requests, repairs and new construction projects.
  • Service and maintain all customer connections.
  • Identify and report leaks or needed repairs to the Distribution Manager.
  • Maintain and service company vehicles, equipment and assigned tools.
  • Complete all assignments issued in a safe and cost-effective manner.
  • Be available for on-call duty.

Requirements:

  • Texas Driver’s License
  • Clean Record
  • High School Graduate
  • Able to lift at least eighty pounds
  • Available to work nights and weekends when on call

OFFICE MANAGER

Full time, highly responsible position reporting to the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • BA, BS Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Five or more years of administrative management experience with a strong customer service focus

Pay Range and Benefits:

The Office Manager is an exempt salaried position with a starting pay range of $70,000 - $85,000. Benefit package includes paid health, vision, dental and life insurance. Medical reimbursement, paid vacation, performance-based raises, cafeteria plan, retirement plan and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and supervise five or more employees.
  • Direct the operations and services of the Administration Office
  • Apply District policies and procedures.
  • Oversee processing of monthly water bills; collections, billing, verify payments, daily deposits, account of all cash, expenditure control and customer service.
  • Train office staff
