At Cash Special Utility District (the District), we respect your right to privacy and understand that visitors to www.cashwater.org need to control the use of their personal information. The District allows individuals to pay their water bills online at our Site. The privacy policy below describes the measures taken by us to protect your privacy in connection with your use of our Site.

WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT, AND WHEN DO WE COLLECT IT?

Registration. When you register, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.

Payments. When you make a payment at our Site, we are required to obtain the necessary financial information (i.e. your credit card or bank account number). We use third parties to accept and process credit card payments made through our Site.

IP Address. An Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. This information is on our Web Hosting Company’s servers and used only for grouping visitors by demographics and number of visits.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?

We use your information to accurately record payments made through our Site to your Cash Special Utility District billing account.
